Coyote Creek Archery produces bows that are not only beautiful, but they are also great shooters! We offer 3 different styles of bows in lengths that fit most hunters but are still practical to use for hunting in tight spaces. If you are looking for a quality bow at an affordable price then you have come to the right place.

All Coyote Creek Archery bows are named after waterways in Northwest Kansas.

SOLOMON

The "Solomon" Recurve is a 58" or 62" 1950's style recurve. It features working recurve limbs with a longbow style riser. Order with your choice of clear, black, green, or brown Bo-Tuff fiberglass laminate limbs. Limb cores, riser, and overlays are made from a variety of domestic and exotic hardwoods.

The 58" version is best suited for archers with a draw of 28" or less while the 62" version will fit most archers.

The Solomon is a sleek design, light in weight, comfortable in the hand, and a quick shooter with a smooth draw and no hand shock. It is a great hunting bow!

SALINE

The "Saline" (pronounced suh-lean) Longbow is a 62" one piece hybrid longbow with your choice of clear, black, green, or brown Bo-Tuff fiberglass laminate limbs. Limb cores, riser, and overlays are made from a variety of domestic and exotic hardwoods.

This bow is suited for most draw lengths.

Don't let it's slim profile fool you. This bow packs a punch! It's a quick shooter that is very light in weight, and easy to shoot.

For the beginning archer this is the bow that we would recommend because it will be more forgiving and easier to shoot more accurately.

SMOKY

The "Smoky" recurve is a one piece recurve with a limb shape similar to the Solomon, but with a little larger riser, a little shorter brace height, and a little more pre-load in the limbs.

The larger riser adds a little weight to the bow making it more stable and the contoured grip fits great in the hand. The larger riser also allows for more variety of wood choices and patterns.

It's 60" length is suitable for most draw lengths.

The Smoky is a hard hitter and the fastest bow in the lineup but still very smooth and forgiving.

WARRANTY AND TERMS

All Coyote Creek Archery traditional bows come with a 1 year limited warranty meaning that if the bow breaks within one year of purchase and with normal use it will be repaired or replaced free of charge (minus shipping). Any breakage after 1 year will be the owner’s responsibility. Normal use means taking care of the bow, storing it properly, avoiding extreme heat or cold, not leaving the bow strung, using the stringer to string and unstring the bow, not dry firing the bow, using arrows that are at least 10 grains per pound of draw weight, and keeping the brace height within the suggested range.

The warranty only applies to the original owner and does not require registration.

If Coyote Creek Archery LLC determines that breakage of the bow within the warranty period was caused by misuse of the product, the warranty will be considered null and void.

All sales are final, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

FLEMISH STRINGS

Coyote Creek Archery builds all of our own strings and can build a custom string for your traditional bow. We use BCY Dynaflight 97 (D97) materials for bows with reinforced tips. D97 offers the best balance of speed, silence, and stability. This high-strength, low-stretch Dyneema string material shoots hard and fast with little, if any, after the shot vibration. It's the perfect string material for high-performance traditional bows with reinforced tips. (All Coyote Creek Archery bows come with reinforced tips and a pre-stretched D97 string)

If you need a string for a bow that does not have reinforced tips, D97 material cannot be used. Rather we will build a string using BCY B-55 string material. B-55 has excellent abrasion resistance, durability, and consistency. It does have some stretch to it which prevents damage to the non-reinforced limb tips.

For center serving we use BCY Powergrip in .018" diameter on bows less than 50 pounds of draw weight. For bows over 50 pounds I use BCY Powergrip in .014" diameter. This provides a durable connection for your arrow with a secure grip and a smooth release.

STRING SILENCERS

We build string silencers from acrylic yarn. These silencers are simple, effective, durable, and waterproof! Each new bow comes with a set of yarn silencers and installation instructions. Our yarn silencers can also be purchased individually.
